Résumé

Quand la notion d’intégration scolaire dérive vers celle d’accueil, elle peut s’avérer complice de la résistance des familles aux soins. En s’appuyant sur leur expérience dans un secteur de psychiatrie infanto-juvénile du Val-de-Marne, et sur un cas clinique, les auteurs insistent sur la primauté des soins pour les enfants souffrants de graves troubles psychiques, et l’intérêt d’articulations fines, continues et institutionnalisées avec les intervenants du milieu scolaire.

Abstract

When any notion of school integration is diverted towards that of reception it can turn out to be in accordance with the families resistance to treatment. Relying on their experience in a child psychiatric department in the Val-de-Marne (France), and on a specific clinical case, the authors insist on the priority of treatment for children who suffer from serious psychological disorders, and on the necessity of close, constant, and institutionalised links with the main academic protagonists.
