Résumé

Cet article propose d’explorer, dans une perspective psychanalytique, la confusion ou le délire vécus par les patients à l’éveil de coma.

Cette confusion est abordée sous l’angle du constat clinique de la désorganisation du sujet, associée au contexte de la réanimation et au vécu traumatique antérieur. Le délire est ensuite exploré comme représentant des potentialités réorganisatrices témoignant d’un processus intrasubjectif et intersubjectif à l’œuvre.

Abstract

This article proposes to explore from a psychoanalytical perspective the confusion or delirium experienced by patients when they wake up from a coma.

This confusion is approached from the perspective of the clinical observation of the subject’s disorganization associated with the context of resuscitation and previous traumatic experience. Delirium is then explored as the representative of the reorganizing potentialities testifying to an intrasubjective and intersubjective process at work.
