Résumé

C’est au travers de l’analyse d’un cas clinique d’une jeune enfant suivie en thérapie psychomotrice que l’auteur témoigne du travail psychique en profondeur qui se vit dans la relation thérapeutique, et qui s’exprime à travers le corps. Lila, au départ adressée pour d’inquiétantes difficultés évoquant un trouble autistique, impressionne dans un premier temps par sa façon d’être-au-monde. Peu à peu, en passant par une phase symbiotique très forte, Lila commence à se construire en s’appuyant activement sur les ajustements dans l’accordage. L’auteur écoute et travaille son contre-transfert corporel (ensemble des éprouvés, sensoriels et émotionnels vécus dans le lien avec le patient pour être ensuite pensés et retransmis autrement), – et s’appuie sur une présence sensible continue au fil des séances, afin d’initier et de soutenir les processus de symbolisation et de construction identitaire.

Abstract

The author uses the analysis of a clinical case of a young girl undergoing psychomotor therapy to illustrate the in-depth psychic work that takes place within the therapeutic relationship, and which is expressed through the body. What strikes us first about Lila, initially referred for disturbing difficulties suggestive of an autistic spectrum disorder, is her way of “being-in-the-world”. Gradually, after passing through a very strong symbiotic phase, Lila begins to construct herself, actively drawing on adjustments in attunement. The author listens to and works on her body-centred countertransference (all of the sensory and emotional feelings experienced in the bond with the patient, which are then reflected upon and retransmitted in another way), – and relies on a continuous sensitive presence over the sessions, in order to initiate and support the processes of symbolisation and the construction of identity.
