Résumé
Les auteurs déploient le panorama du concept de dangerosité en psychiatrie qui est à l’articulation de différents champs : médical, sociologique et juridique. Dans chacune des occurrences cliniques, le praticien est impliqué, au temps de la réflexion diagnostique, à celui de l’évaluation pronostique et à celui de la décision thérapeutique, avec à chaque fois une réflexion éthique sur son acte.
Abstract
The authors present an overview of the concept of dangerousness in psychiatry, a concept situated at the intersection of several different fields : the medical, the sociological and the juridical. In each clinical situation, the practitioner is implicated : at the moment of diagnostic assessment, that of prognostic evaluation, and that of treatment choice, in each case with ethical considerations regarding his actions.
