Résumé

La grossesse, lieu de mutations psychique et physique, peut constituer un théâtre traumatique lorsque la dyade mère-enfant se trouve confrontée aux frontières de l’existence. Son interruption précoce et l’effraction du corps peuvent priver la mère de maternalité. L’article interroge la capacité intégrative intime et sociale à partir d’un cas clinique d’hépatopathie gravidique en service de réanimation. Alors que celle intime se confronte aux processus traumatiques, à l’effroi, celle sociale s’entrechoque à l’irreprésentable. Il est question d’un langage dépossédé soumis aux dynamiques du vide, de l’insensé, du mutisme. D’un événement sans nom. La clinique d’un réel qui se heurte aux limites du langage et à la création d’un sens commun.

Abstract

Pregnancy, a place of psychic and physical mutations, can be a traumatic theater when the mother-child dyad is confronted with the frontiers of existence. Its early interruption and the breakin of the body can deprive the mother of maternity. The article examines the intimate and social integrative capacity from a clinical case of hepatic disease in intensive care unit. While the intimate is confronted with traumatic processes, with fright, the social one clashes with the unrepresentable. It is a question of a dispossessed language subjected to the dynamics of emptiness, of the insane, of the mutism. An unnamed event. The clinic of a real that comes up against the limits of language and the creation of a common sense.
