Résumé
Cet article expose les différents textes législatifs régissant le consentement et l’obligation de soins pour les mineurs. Il tente en conclusion d’articuler ces textes aux pratiques éducatives et sociales dans leur interface avec les services de psychiatrie infanto-juvénile.
Abstract
The author presents the current regulation governing consent to treatment and mandatory treatment for youths. An attempt is made to articulate this legal corpus to the educational and social workers’ practices at their interface with child psychiatry services.
