Résumé

Après avoir travaillé une dizaine d’années en psychiatrie adulte, j’ai intégré il y a 6 ans un secteur de pédopsychiatrie au sein duquel j’encadre avec une collègue infirmière un groupe de balnéothérapie mère-enfant. Très rapidement, je me suis questionnée sur les fragilités des mères accueillies dans ce dispositif et sur la manière d’entendre leurs difficultés et d’identifier leurs besoins. À partir du suivi de Matéo et sa mère dans le groupe de balnéothérapie mère-enfant, j’ai souhaité développer la manière dont nous avons accueilli les angoisses internes très envahissantes de cette femme pour l’aider à construire un lien plus sécure à son enfant et ouvrir une réflexion plus large sur les propositions de soin et les dispositifs à inventer pour accueillir les problématiques de ces mères/ femmes.

Abstract

Six years ago, after having worked for around ten years in the field of adult psychiatry, I joined the child psychiatry sector within which, together with a nursing colleague, I am responsible for a mother-child balneotherapy group. I very rapidly began to reflect upon the vulnerability of the mothers undergoing this treatment and the way to understand their difficulties and identify their needs. Taking as my starting point the case of Matéo and his mother who we followed within the mother-child balneotherapy group, I would like to develop the way in which we dealt with the extremely invasive internal anxiety of this woman in order to help her forge a more secure bond with her child and to consider more widely the care offerings and the strategies we might devise to tackle the problems confronted by these mothers/women.
