Résumé

La supervision en psychomotricité est l’espace d’élaboration psychique de l’exercice clinique. Elle s’appuie sur l’écoute et l’éclairage d’un psychomotricien psychanalyste expérimenté ou d’orientation psychanalytique, au sein d’un groupe de pairs ou en individuel. Elle permet la prise de distance et la compréhension des échanges transférentiels et contre-transférentiels corporels et verbaux spécifiques à l’approche psychomotrice des patients. Elle veut permettre au professionnel de confirmer son identité et d’affiner son style personnel. Elle est une posture d’observation de son engagement comme de celui de son patient, de sa famille et de l’institution. Posture que le professionnel acquiert et s’approprie.

Abstract

The work of supervision in psychomotricity is the place of the psychic élaboration of clinical exercice. It is based on the listening and the enlightening of an experienced psychomotrician psychoanalyst or at least oriented in psychoanalysis, amongst a group of peers or by oneself. It allows one to take distance, and grasp bodily and verbal transfers and counter-transfers specific to the patients’s care. It supports the professionnal in the affirmation of his or her identity and in refining his or her personal style. To the professional, supervision is a posture of observation of his or her engagement as much as of the engagement of the patient, his family and the institution. A posture that the professionnal acquires and appropriates.
