Spécialiste des guerres modernes, l’auteur analyse le contexte de l’engagement des militaires français dans les opérations extérieures.
Abstract
Specialist of the modern wars, the author analyzes the context of the French servicemen commitment in their worldwide interventions. The characteristics of the contemporary battlefields and the current governmental constraints as well as their impact on the soldiers’mood are detailed.
