Résumé
Alors que s’éloigne de l’actualité les vagues du procès d’Outreau, rien n’est réglé concernant l’expertise psychiatrique et psychologique. Est-il encore possible d’être expert psychiatre en conservant une attitude éthique, une rigueur clinique non substituée par la morale ou les échelles statistiques, sans narcissisme excessif palliant une rémunération chiche ? L’expertise encore ou jamais plus ?
Abstract
Whereas moves away from the topicality vaguenesses of the lawsuit of Outreau, nothing is regulated concerning the psychiatric and psychological expertise. Is it still possible to be an expert psychiatrist by preserving an ethical attitude, a clinical rigour not substituted by morals or the statistical scales, without excessive narcissism mitigating a scanty remuneration ? Expertise still or never more ?
