Résumé

La prescription de psychostimulants dans le traitement du trouble hyperactivité déficit de l'attention nécessite d'être inscrite dans un projet global de soins prenant en compte les facteurs psychodynamiques qui sont en jeu pour l'enfant et sa famille. Les auteurs, après un bref rappel historique, tentent d'articuler la prescription de psychotropes avec la prise en compte des aspects psychodynamiques de l'hyperactivité. Les auteurs concluent à l'importance de la formation psychiatrique du prescripteur de psychostimulant.

Abstract

The prescription of psychostimulants in the treatment of ADHD requires to be registered in a overall project of care taking of account the psychodynamic factors which are concerned for the child and his family. Authors, after a short historical background, try to articulate the prescription of psychotropic with the taking into account of the psychodynamic aspects of hyperactivity. The authors conclude with the importance of the psychostimulants prescriber's psychiatric training.
