Résumé

L’auteur présente chez un patient obsessionnel suivi en analyse depuis plusieurs années l’incidence des périodes de confinement et déconfinement lors de l’épidémie de Covid-19 sur sa symptomatologie. La paradoxalité de l’amélioration sous la contrainte du confinement est soulignée. La reprise du processus thérapeutique, auparavant indéfiniment distancié, a permis, plusieurs mois après le déconfinement, d’aborder des problématiques existentielles libératrices. La résolution progressive de ses troubles en lien avec sa gémellité est enfin envisageable.

Abstract

The author presents the impact of the periods of lockdown and the lifting of lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic on the symptomatology of an obsessional patient having received several years of psychoanalytic therapy. The paradoxical improvement under the constraints of lockdown is highlighted. The resumption of the therapeutic process after several months of lockdown during which it was carried on remotely for an indefinite period, allowed for existential and liberating issues to be addressed. The gradual recovery of the patient from the disorders linked to his twinhood is finally a possibility.
