Une approche métapsychologique de l’hallucination

Résumé

Au-delà d’un trait sémiologique, l’hallucination est à considérer du point de vue freudien comme une expérience constitutive de la réalité. En effet, le mode hallucinatoire est non seulement au principe de la constitution de l’objet mais il stipule de plus les fondements de toute altérité en tant que condition de l’émergence du sujet comme effet du langage et de la parole. Par ailleurs, avec cet article nous discutons le statut de l’hallucination verbale dans le cadre de la psychopathologie des psychoses en tant que formation xénopathique qui pointerait d’une part le délitement des coordonnées de l’altérité du temps, tout en étant d’autre part au service d’une tentative de leur « bricolage », de leur « fabrication ».

Abstract

Not only as a semiological feature, hallucination should also be considered from a Freudian point of view as a constituent experience of reality. Indeed, the hallucinatory mode is not only at the onset of the constitution of the object, but it also specifies the foundations of any otherness, and is the condition for the emergence of the subject as an effect of language and speech. Furthermore, in this article we also discuss the status of verbal hallucination, within the framework of the psychopathology of psychosis, in the formation of xenopathy that underlines not only the cleavage in the time coordinates of the otherness, but also its use in an attempt to “tinker with” and “manufacture” the latter.
